After over 25 years in the mortgage industry I have narrowed and pinpointed my experience and expertise in the area of Reverse Mortgages. I sincerely believe that in some cases, not all, a reverse mortgage can benefit many homeowner achieve their financial objectives for their retirement years. This website is dedicated to information and on-going education in that area. In addition to my NMLS (#324581) my license as a Mortgage Broker I am also licensed as a Real Estate Broker. I have been involved in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry for over 25 years. I have originated home loans throughout Southern California, Big Bear Lake and Las Vegas, Nevada. As a mortgage banker I managed and operated, as President, a National Mortgage Company licensed in 39 states. As a Real Estate Broker I was Managing Broker for Prudential Properties of Big Bear Lake Specializing in vacation homes.
